In conjunction with the building's removal and installation of new paver tiles, much of the leggy, worn out plant material was removed from this NYC terrace.
Many ineffective AND deteriorated planter boxes were also removed.
The streamlined look and feel allowed thIS terrace to flourish high above the manhattan skyline.
